Two, the order status

1, no confirmation: customer service is not on your order any treatment.

2, wait for payment: customer service commissioner has confirmed the order information, waiting for the buyer to pay, please put the corresponding payment.

3, are mixed: you have payment is successful, the order has been assigned to the nearest branch, will be on time delivery, or customer service commissioner has to confirm your order, arrangements have been made for distribution and collection, payment has been received, the order to delivery.

4, delivery order: your order has been in accordance with your request to the specified location to send.

5, completed orders: the items to the customer service, customer service visits or processing has been completed, the entire process to complete orders.

6, have to cancel the order: customer self-service cancellation or commissioned officer cancellation, or customer service commissioner after confirmation, confirmation of this order is invalid.
